Construction is our core activity and we are lucky enough to have been involved in a very wide range of project types within several sectors. Our smaller projects are managed by a working Foreman and overseen by a non-working Project Manager or Director who will visit site regularly to ensure quality standards are maintained and that works are being carried out safely and to programme. On our larger projects we will have a resident Site Manager or full time non-working Foreman who will be the main point of contact specifically allocated to that site who will report to the Directors on a regular basis.

We are keen to be involved as early as possible on potential projects so that we can offer our opinions and expertise when it comes to buildability and value engineering of projects. As a direct result, we are often approached by our regular clients at planning or feasibility stage with a view to carrying out the works on a negotiated basis. This saves our clients the time and expense they would have to incur if they were to follow a full tendering process whilst remaining competitive by agreeing costs based on historic projects secured on a competitive basis.

Contract costs are managed by our in-house Quantity Surveyors to ensure materials are sourced at favourable rates and labour / sub-trades are procured in an economical manner, so we can remain competitive. We have a trusted supply chain that share our work ethic and positive attitude and performance is reviewed regularly to ensure we are getting the best service for our clients.

Wherever challenges arise, we seek to work together with the Design Team to provide a solution. We explore all options in our quest to get the job done and we encourage a positive approach from all our team on all tasks undertaken. If it can be done, then it will be done – safely and efficiently.
